Q ::: Can I install the BATS programme on our local intranet?
A::: It is possible but we only give limited support

Q ::: Can the programme have our school / company logo added?
A::: Yes we can do this for a small one of fee please see the pricing page.

Q ::: Is the programme secure ?
A::: Yes the programme uses your own assigned passwords so it is up to you to update these as often as you like.

Q ::: Can I track equipment and room usages?
A::: Yes you can track how much an item has been used and booked out in the administration control panel under statistics. Please refer to the training section for details.

Q ::: What about updates ?
A::: We will announce any version upgrades and for the first 12 months you will receive on request only free updates.
